  • Consistent training has helped one of our students to manage a 19hour flight with ease
  • Support for 2 children in the regular school has been weaned off as they are able to cope by themselves now.
  • Swaroop S won the drawing & Painting competition in the Juniors Section while Kunal Gandhi won in the Senior’s Section. The competition was conduced by Lions & Lioness Clubs of Sarakki during the academic year 2008-09.
  • Sports Day (parents, students, staff) for the academic year 2008-09 was an entertaining event with fun galore.
  • One of our very sensitive students had his decayed tooth removed (thanks to the coordinated efforts of the educators, care-giver, doctor, parents) and is coping very well.
  • Our 12th Annual Day was a grand success with the gracious presence of Dr.Gopal Mahapatra, Oracle India. His pearls of wisdom and genuine affection towards the children of Apoorva moved every soul present at the function. The entire function was enlivened by a young man on the Autism Spectrum Disorder who volunteered to compere it
